Stay away from Cest la Vie

No after sales service, bought 2 products at Somerset west Mall and the device isbreaking my hair and requested refund after 1 week and was sent forth and back and eventually told I must email head office, that I have done last week Thursday with not even a response and their contact numbers on website does not work. Want FULL refund for both products and going to take it further if no response is received by tomorrow. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY, THEY JUST AFTER SALES AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
