C’est La Vie Hair - Stay away

C’est La Vie Hair - Purchased a Tame Black and Hair wand. I opened the brush for the first time and it’s not working. I tried to contact the Salesperson - Got no answer. I tried all numbers on the website all go to voice mail. No response on the email either. I’m very concerned they were not cheap. Definitely not worth the money .
