Never use this company, worst service ever

I have never written a bad review about any company but I can't let other people suffer the appalling service I have received from CES Baggage Services. Worst service I've ever received. After a long battle just to have a wheel on my bag repaired, which is what they supposedly do, I have been told that I need to take another day off work to collect my bag that still hasn't been fixed. From having no response to any of my messages to promises been made that never materialized, to confirmations that were just lies...this has been poor service at it's best. How some companies manage to continue to survive is beyond me.
