A great experience and awesome service!

<p>I thought I'd take the time to write about my good experience with this company for the benefit of others. Having had our car ****** recently, we were put into the situation where we needed to buy a used car. Between gumtree and even autotrader, you have to be really careful - and sometimes it just feels like there are too many people trying to take you for a ride out there. Seeing that Certiride is a new company, we were a little hesitant at first, but this was totally different - it was just such a refreshing experience!</p> <p> </p> <p>Oliver at Certiride brought the car we were interested in to us in the morning for a test drive, and as things worked out with our payment etc the same day, it was in our parking just after 7pm THAT day!! </p> <p> </p> <p>The website is professional and very upfront with pictures even of imperfections on the vehicle - that builds trust! All our questions about how the business is run were answered, we got a proper invoice for the car, and all in all we felt like we got great deal! The price was good, and having it already checked and AA tested gave us some peace of mind. Plus the price we saw was the price we paid - no other hidden costs (and it included registering the vehicle in our name).</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope this concept really takes off - and fills a huge need in the used car segment - thank you guys!</p>
