Very bad at responding - do not deliver on promises

Please do not use this company - there are much better service providers out there. This company does not keep their promises, do not deliver on time, and is very bad with responding. . My daughter needed two certificates of impediment on 22 December 2022 in order to receive her VISA to fly overseas in Feb. She used Certificate RSA as they were the only company that promised to deliver at such short notice and during the December holiday period (the other’s could not make that promise as they knew it would be difficult). They charged an extra R1800 to deliver on time. They DID NOT DELIVER ON TIME and either DID NOT RESPOND to messages at all or took their time to respond with EMPTY PROMISES. Luckily my daughter found a job in the meantime and the certificates were not needed anymore. If she depended on Certificates SA she would have had to CANCEL HER FLIGHT. The certificates were delivered end January. Since then, we have tried to, at least, get the R1800 back from the company as they did not deliver on their promises. They are VERY BAD WITH RESPONDING. After numerous messages, they agreed to pay the R1800, and I sent them my bank details on 9 March. I have heard nothing from them since. They now GHOST me totally.
