Rather find another company

Poor service !! I app**** for my unabridged birth certificate in July 2020. Turn around time 30-40 days. Its 15monts later NOTHING. Its been months that I got a update. Always excuses after being super patient with the whole "covid" excuses. But still nothing. I will not recommend this place to anyone seeing that they dont even communicate properly.
