No Update, No Feedback, Terrible customer service and unreliable!

What an absolute Joke. I app**** for three documents in the beginning of August last year with confirmation from Sorita that they should be ready in 6-8 weeks. The reason for these documents as I explained to her was so that I could get married in Belgium at the end of November. 3 days after I app**** I was told that the documents had been processed, So now I am all content and happy as I know that they should be here around the end of September. Come end September I enquire feedback to the progress and I get no response. I messaged again and again until 5 days later they respond "Let me Follow up", but in this case I have to constantly follow up, everyday sending a message and yet again 3 days later, "I'm waiting for feedback". Now at this point I am really frustrated and worried as I had arrived in Belgium and the wedding was to take place in over a month. At this point its been 8 Weeks since I app**** with the documents. 16th October - 7 days later with multiple messages sent and no response I eventually get a message saying "I Will chase up on them"? 18th October - 2 days later I get a message "the agent has submitted your application and it is in process" and yet that message I knew already as she told me that when I first app****!!! I was then told that my Birth certificate and letter of non impediment would be ready end on October as that's already in process. 18th November - after sending multiple messages asking for those "said to be ready end on October documents" I am told that they are trying to push really hard to get the documents. Its at this point that the wedding was to take place which we had to cancel everything. I left it for a while as both I and my Fiancé were really bleak and disappointed , I had not heard from them during the entire course of December and even into January. I popped the odd message here and there asking if they still had them for future purpose and no response at all!!... I then proceeded to DHA and got into touch with a High ranking official who look for my applications using there database system and said there is no proof or evidence that I had app**** for anything at all! So I had just been **** to by this company from the beginning, my applications were never app**** for or even processed or even remotely near completion! One excuse that was used afterwards was Covid is causing it. Which I can imagine but a called other companies similar to this one and they had all managed to get documents for there clients who app**** around the same time as I did. SO there is a big question mark hanging over this situation for me and I wouldn't trust them with a bar of soap!!!
