ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!

My mother submitted her documents and payment in November 2021 - it is now August 2022 and we have not received the certificates nor are we able to get any decent feedback from these people. Sarita never bothers to answer her phone or emails. They ****** my mom of her money, ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!
