A big joke

What a joke. As of today I have been waiting more then a month for a invoice/quote. I complained via WhatsApp but this was not fruitful. They got my name wrong when they emailed me about 4 times, all of which had no quote or invoice. I cannot trust this company with any emergency documents.

I eventually took my business to EasyApostile, who were extremely helpful and friendly.
