Non delivery and no refund

I placed an order for an Aluminum Window in September last year and paid a 50% deposit. After numerous calls and leaving messages, Schalk eventually sent me an SMS in December asking for my bank details so that he could refund me. To date, I have not had a telephone call, my refund nor a window fitted.
