Lost hearing aid by Ceronio Bloemfontein

Went for a hearing aid test more than 2 months ago. No feedback received. Gave gearing aid in for service. According to personnel if hearing aid not collected within 90 days it is destroyed even if its value is R20000.00. Then the receptionists insusted that there are no record of the hearing aid submitted to tgem for a service. After that all of a sudden they do not send hearing aids to the suppliers fir service. Unacceptable service
