Very poor and shocking service received from a law firm

Awful service received. I'd expect the purpose of a lawyer whom you have contracted to be in your 'corner' and represent your best interets. However, I felt they were just a 'postbox' who would just forward emails between the parties in dispute; there was no proper representation for me as their client; they tended to 'side' with the other party (yet they're my lawyers); they did no verification of information received from the other party and accepted whatever was given as final; lack of feedback from them and I continously had to be the one to follow-up on their work and to get feedback. Sometimes weeks would go by with no feedback, until I made a call or emailed to request feedback. Unacceptable that as a paying client I was subdued to such treatment as legal processes cause a lot of stress and anxiety and had expected my legal team to understand this, but they seemed to not be bothered - and as 'professionals' I am shocked and disappointed by the level of service received.

Would not recommend their services to anyone seeking their legal counsel and expertise. I wasted a lot of time and money for nothing. Poor service from the beginning.
