Cerff Engineering - BAD NEWS

This guy is bad bad news... he uses cheap and used material...in a nutshell...

We have a steel pole right in front of the front door. Walls are not level. Doors are dented and chipped. Floors are uneven. No isotherm between the walls (which is required by law-which he is aware of). Walls have bulges and varnish stains. Wooden doors have white paint marks. Window frames look like it came out of a horror movie. Used cheap paint. Workmanship is disgustingly untidy.

The building inspector said that the roof would have collapsed because he didn't use the correct and amount of beams (which he was very much aware of).

Our 'new' house looks like it's been occupied for years.
