Ceres' leaves a bad taste
I regularly buy Ceres concentrate - Granadilla flavour and, a few months back I decided to try the Naartjie flavour as that is my boys' favourite Game drink flavour. To put it mildly, it was undrinkable. I tested it at my boys' urging as they found it 'disgusting'. It was completely repulsive. As the product was already open and three servings used I returned it to Pick n Pay in Capricirn (I live in Muizenberg) and asked that their Customer Services return the product to Ceres. I did not request nor receive a refund and waited for a response from Ceres - I imagined they would replace the product with a different flavour. On receiving no response I completed the 'Talk to us' form on Ceres' website esplaining my dissatisfaction with the product and that I had returned it to Pick n Pay. This was aproximately two months ago. I have recxeived no response whatsoever.
