Amount owed to customer

I purchased goods to the amount of about R 46 000 from ceramic world boksburg. I requested to the Manager of the shop to keep my goods. I then realised I do not have enough space to store these goods, yet it was still since purchase on the seller premises. The seller gave me about R 13 000 back for tiles. When I wanted my goods, I realised the store closed down, without them notifying me of the close sure. Then I allocated Glenn, and he told me that he had put the goods on his inventory of the shop, where they moved to. He also said he does not have money to pay me back, and will request Head Office, apparently Centurion, to pay back in instalments.
