Counterfeit products, cheap quality

I bought two sets of shower doors. The first set was installed well, the second one upon removing the glass from the box inorder to assemble it , the glass broke in my hands and I sustained a cut . No contact with the floor or any damage. Second glass broke in my labourers hands while he was trying to install the wheels. I’m questioning the quality of this product, I went to the store to report it and they strongly felt it’s my fault. I’m not happy with Toptiles and cedar point. You are selling us counterfeit products and making quick bucks. I was told that a cedar point agent would contact me but that has not happened. You are risking with our lives
