The Precinct Luxury apartments.. What a bad experience

I moved to The Precinct Luxury apartments last year May and the promise of a Gym was my main attraction. By the time I moved out at the end of September 2019, there still was no Gym. Whats worse tho is that they force u to sign up with 1 provider UNIMET, for Prepaid electricity and water. UNIMET are ********. This service Provider works with Century Property as a prepaid electricity provider and for months, I've struggled to get my money back from them, the balance in my Prepaid account. Precinct doesn't even help you, yet they force the Service provider on u as a tenant.
