The Precinct- a place where they sell you dreams until you move in’

I was highly disappointed when I moved in and a started having roaches in my house. I have never in my life had this problem and it just seemed to be getting worse by the day. I reached out to maintainence and they basically said ‘f-off that is your problem, deal with it. Our development is new.’ Like that automatically means there will be no roaches. The problem is getting worse and it means I will need to get fumigators in at my own cost which does not make sense to me at all. Especially considering all the hidden costs that come with staying here. My neighbors are experiencing the same issue but management here makes it seem like it’s my issue only. It’s ridiculously expensive staying here and not even worth the cost. And let me not get started with the shoddy finishes. There is something broken every second week. I would advise against staying here. Not worth your hard earned cash
