If you are planning in moving at The Oval Luxury apartments or The Hills Estate in general that’s are managed by Century property developments then be prepared to belittled and disrespected because of the colour of your skin. Funny enough BLACK people are the ones buying and renting in this estate because APARTHEID is over. WE HAVE MORE MONEY THAN YOU! YOU ARE JUST WORKERS HERE! Yet their stuff treats black residents and tenants like they are begging for to stay here. I REGRET BUYING PROPERTY IN THIS ESTATE! Worst stuff EVER!
