Human Rights Violation during 21 Days National Lockdown

t's understandable that when tenants are in arrears they should have limited services but it's ******** to deny essential services such and water and electricity. 26 March the whole nation went into a lockdown due to the COVID19 and it wasn't business as usual, but Houss/Century Property Development found it better to deny tenants water and electricity. Tenants in question cannot buy food because the fridge isn't working to can store bulk groceries. Tenant cannot cook either. All this is ******** and infringe on the human rights of said tenants. They may be above the law but please reconsider when you are about to spend your money with these inhuman creatures
