Houss Rentals and Century Properties is a Bismal

I would never recommend renting from Century Property Developments or Houss Rentals! Unfortunately one of those companies that just want you to sign the contract and then to sort anything out later on is a mission and a half - as long as they get the commission and don't need to work for it. Beware, one you give notice (well in advance) you still get charged for things like: - Cleaning, when no one went in to clean the apartment because we spent two days spring cleaning it. - Repainting when we actually arranged for the apartment to be painted about 3 months before we moved out (as well as fixing some things that they were meant to fix before we moved in, but failed to deliver on that as well.

That was just under R3,000 it cost us just to move out, no matter how much proof you send them.

Utterly disgusted with they way they handle things!
