Houss developments or Century property development

We moved in on their new complex SAGE WOOD LUXURY APARTMENTS. We have had sany problems from plumbing to electricity, we spent 1200 in 5days for electricity. We haven't used any appliances because we had been having takeaways and arrived with clean clothes meaning we haven't even used the washing machines. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. WE REGRET MOVING HERE SO MUCH. I HOPE THERE IS A WAY TO GET OUT OF THE LEASE AT THIS POINT.
