Denied Access to Carlswald luxury apartments

I have been a tenant here for 6 months, my rent is paid on time and more than required, I received a email from Claire Meredith on 16th October stating I didn't pay my rent,My reply was that she needs to check her records as I already did and requested an apology, This Claire was extremely arrogant and somewhat ******, clearly from her attitude if I had been white she would have checked her payment records, We were denied access to our flat , I really want the management to respond,
