I’ve been with century properties for 4 years now . Being a loyal tenant, paying rent in full and on time . Today marks the first day I’ve ever been locked out my apartment . I paid rent in full and on time . The struggle to get someone to help me with this misunderstanding, going back and forth in phone calls trying to be let in my place ! It isn’t the first time at it ... last month I was charged with no explanation . I went back and forth different consultants trying to understand was my rent was R1000 over . *********** accounts department , quick to act without doing a thorough job. Expensive and falls short on service , we can sit weeks with Bins waiting to be collected to an extend we have to keep our own bins in house . Definitely not worth the stress and the money.
