Carlswald Luxury Apartments disapponts once again

I lived in CARLSWALD LUXURY APARTMENTS from the period Dec 2018 till Jan 2020. I just moved out of the apartments and now the fight I am having to put up to get my due rental amount back is unimaginable. I am getting charged for the negligence of the property developments staff and when asked and put to task I am getting either no feedback or pathetic excuses of why money for a key I returned timeously is being charged on my deposit. The staff has shown disregard for my complaints and grievances and has just shown me no support in my requests. The excuses I am getting is that the person I returned the key to is on leave therefore until he comes back they cannot help me. My problem with that sub par excuse is if this person never returns that means that now my case won't even be heard or be taken into consideration. Furthermore after having returned said key I messaged the agent informing him of the return of the keys to his colleague and both times I was ignored even when I directly asked if he had gotten the keys. Carlswald Luxury Apartments has cameras at their entrances that could easily be used to track if I did as stated arrive on the 1st of February 2020 and drop off said keys. But because no one is trying to assist me this is not even being considered. They are nothing but over promisers and under performers.
