Bad development ever to Rent in

I would never recommend renting from Century Property Developments or Houss Rentals!

I rented out with them more than a year and they charge you for all the Levies, refusing to payout your deposit and **** that they painted the house and fixed drainages in order to penalize you for all unnecessary things. Right now I'm fitting for my deposit it been more than 10days which No one willing to account and *** can't even answer your Calls or return your emails. I have sent several emails to maintenance ***, to Rental Admin *** requesting my deposit still uptodate have not Received. Also charge for Exit Admin which can't even explain what it for.. Everything in their development they charge you hence I wanted to move out but it's an issue again to payback your deposit... Worse Service Ever! It's better to rent out direct to Landlord then their development!
