Invoice/Receipt Century Funeral services

Good Day

I would like to report Century Funeral Services for their bad customer services.

During December 2022 my sister passed away and i asked funeral services for their removal service to remove my sister body from the state mortuary, i have paid them an amount of R3800. now they are refusing to provide me with a proper invoice or receipt, as i need this information to provide to Road accident fund for a claim. i have been asking for this invoice/receipt since 2022 December till today, they are sending me up and down claiming that they sent it to me but i have nothing on my side, a particular person named Frank Gilbert working for Century Funeral Services asked me to pay him R200 in order to help me with the invoice/receipt.

would you please help me get the proper invoice/receipt from them.
