Seriously poor customer service

I first tried to reach them for a booking using their business card but the number was not recognised, then I went to their website [URL Removed] again the number was not recognised. <br> <br> Nevertheless because it was close to my Childs school I persevered. I went in on time, friendly hygienist and an hour later came down stairs sat down and the receptionist asked if I was waiting for the Dentist.
