Service with a smile

One of my Century wall clocks was losing time, even with anew battery. The clock's warranty had expired about three months earlier, and of course I couldn't find the receipt. I decided to take the clock for repairs (if not too costly) to Century Clocks in Mayville , Durban. I was pleasantly surprised when the technician confirmed that the mechanism was faulty, and replaced it free of charge. Now that's what I call service that's stood the test of time,
