Lauren Van Der Lith or is her name Horrid Van Der Rude?

The agent Lauren Van Der Lith is revolting. Her instructions did not state that we should show up where she wanted us to show up. Her attitude, stinks. You can hear it in her voice and her belittling demeanor. Apparently Lauren is the principal of this company. Probably a bad company. I tried to complain to the company office in Southern Suburbs and they rep**** by saying "she is the principal". Upon knowing that that was the defence of the company to state that I cannot complain about the "principal" I asked for the customer care line. They redirected me to someone with a surname that was the same as hers. I knew this was going to be a long process. Eventually they told me to complain at *** and I am yet to do that. Also, tried to call Lauren multiple times at the agreed time of the viewing and she did not answer the phone. Texted, nothing. Only now, 2 hours later did she call (after I called in the office) implying that I was in the wrong. It was not like I called aggressively or anything, I was very calm until I heard her tone and her condescending attitude. The only thing good about Lauren and Century 21 is that I cannot give them a 0 star review because this platform does not allow such.
