We spoke to a lady named Rina regarding a place we wanted to view .She was selective with her responses and had such a terrible attitude when my husband eventually called her seeing he wasn’t getting any responses on WhatsApp .She then said “I can’t help if the guys phone is damaged “ I’m not sure who she was referring to but from my side, absolutely pathetic service was received from Century21 agency !!!

I had a great experience working with Pasculina Nuru from Century 21. From the beginning, she was professional, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever I had questions or needed clarification. What stood out most was her communication and patience throughout the process. She made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier and was always friendly and approachable. I really appreciate the effort and professionalism Pasculina and the Century 21 team showed throughout my experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless and professional process, whether it's rentals or a purchase. Thank you, Pasculina and Century 21, for all your help.

Your agent Gwendoline Molokoane calls me after i have requested to view a property in Flourana Pretoria North. She says she does not trust me because I cannot speak Setswana, therefore I need to show her a pre-approval before she can allow me in the property. Talks over me every time I open my mouth. Century 21, why do you employ *****s? Is she even qualified?

I am writing this to document the events, financial discrepancies, and misrepresentations associated with this lease agreement signed with Century 21 in Blouberg Cape Town. The sequence of events led to financial and contractual irregularities that Century 21 refuses to address. In December 2025, I was approached by Century 21 estate agent regarding a proposal to lease my entire property to accommodate employees of a corporate client. At the time, this arrangement appeared financially viable, I had no reason to believe the arrangement would present any risk. 2 individuals came to view the property. I assumed that both individuals were Century 21 representatives as they mentioned how well they’ve worked well together for so many years. During the viewing , rental terms were discussed. As I reside in a garden cottage at the property, I was advised that this space would also be required. I was promised that assistance would be provided to help me secure alternative accommodation. Consequently, I arranged for my other cottage tenant to vacate the premises at the same time. Based on the agreed rental amount, it was financially reasonable for me to vacate the property. I was advised that occupation was required within one week. It is relevant to note that I operate a home based business and work strictly by appointment. My work space was not part of the rented area of the property, however, I was requested not to conduct business activities on the premises for the duration of the lease period, which was scheduled from December 2025 to March 2026, with an option to extend to April 2026. I was permitted limited access solely for product packaging and stock collection, with no client visits permitted. I accepted these conditions. During the preparation period, I had to renovate two bathrooms and restore the swimming pool to full working condition, as this was stipulated as a requirement. I also needed to purchase additional beds and linen to ensure adequate provision for all bedrooms. As I did not have sufficient funds available at the time, I raised this concern and was advised that funds would be advanced to me, partially from the deposit, with repayment scheduled for February 2026. This was agreed to, and funds were transferred to me in December 2025. Subsequently, I discovered that the full amount, including commissions and other deductions, was deducted upfront in December 2025 for the entire lease period. This occurred despite prior assurances to the contrary. During this period, I had vacated the property and was without stable accommodation, while also not generating business income due to the restrictions placed on my operations. Upon reviewing the lease agreement, which had been signed under significant time pressure, I identified that the banking details listed were not my own but belonged to one of the individuals whom I had assumed to be a Century 21 representative. It became apparent that Century 21 had deducted its full commission for the lease period and that an additional commission was also deducted by this individual. Rental payments and the deposit were paid into her account as though she were the landlord. Furthermore, I then realised that I was dealing with 3 different companies with the tenant being the 4th one. I also noticed that Proptech was reflected as the recipient of rental funds(landlord) This structure was not clearly disclosed at the outset of the agreement. I formally raised these concerns with Century 21 in writing in early January 2026 and subsequently attended a meeting at their offices on 19 January 2026. An addendum to the lease agreement reflecting my correct banking details was only issued on 2 February 2026. Despite assurances, rental payments continued to be delayed and, in some instances, short paid. I repeatedly requested monthly statements, which I was informed were being sent, although they were not received until one was sent in my presence on 13 March 2026. This statement confirmed discrepancies between the amounts paid and the amounts contractually due. Additional issues included: • Rental payments consistently reflecting several days into the new month; • Unauthorised or unexplained deductions; • Charges for garden and pool services not rendered; • Conflicting explanations from Century 21 representatives regarding deductions and payment delays; • Continued payment of rental funds to an incorrect account as late as March 2026. • I have lost more financially while with Century 21 • My lights were switched off twice and charged for reconnection fees accumulated. • Monthly utilities like wifi haven’t been paid. • There are damages at my property that I do not know how I will recover them without even having the deposit on my side. On 20 March 2026, I contacted the company that uses Century 21 as their agent regarding the tenants at my property. I was informed that the lease will be renewed until the end of April 2026, contrary to earlier assurances by Century 21 that the lease would not be extended. On the same date, Century 21 confirmed the lease extension via email. I was assured that all financial discrepancies would be resolved by mid March; however, this did not occur. As of 30 March 2026, I remain without any reconciliation, explanation, or settlement of outstanding amounts owed to me. I also do not have any addendum signed regarding the extension to the lease agreement. I have sent emails to Century 21 regarding property inspection and amounts still owed to me but they have totally ignored all my emails.

As first-time buyers, the housing market can feel like a daunting place. We worked with several agencies and attended many viewings, but the one that truly stood out was thanks to Greg’s hard work and exceptional attention to detail. He not only helped us secure a property in Atlasville before it even went on the market, but also guided us every step of the way in turning it into our home. From negotiating with the banks to secure the best possible home loan rate, to patiently answering every question we had (and there were many!), Greg was always responsive, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. In a world where many businesses can feel transactional, Greg and Century 21 were anything but. It was genuinely refreshing to work with someone whose work ethic consistently went above and beyond expectations. To Greg and the Century 21 team, thank you for helping us find our dream home. We wish you many more happy clients in the future!

I absolutely had to share with the Atlasville community. We recently listed and sold our house. I know, we love this neighborhood and have had an amazing 9 years in the suburb. Point of my post is this. We had 4-5 different estate agents coming through to evaluate our property. We decided to go with Greg Mckey from Century 21 , for several reasons, he evaluated the property at R50-R150k higher than the other agents, but here is the kicker, he told us that he has a list of people waiting to buy property in Atlasville. Most of the other agents told us this is just a sales tactic and we won't get the price or it won't sell as quickly. They were terribly mistaken, We signed our mandate with Greg on Friday, and on Monday, before the house was even listed on Property 24, we had 2 viewers, on the same Monday we received an offer to purchase for the full asking price. Seriously my fellow community members, if you are considering selling your property do yourself and your property justice and give Greg a call. His service is impeccable, he is true to his word and he doesn't have to wait to find clients for your property. He has the clients already waiting to move into our beautiful suburb and community. A big thank you to the community for an amazing 10 years in the suburb. Please continue fighting to keep this suburb amazing. Greg is an absolute legend and inspiration, there is no waiting around and wondering, he provides constant updates, his work ethic is amazing. This is not just a job for this agent, this is a lifestyle and you can see this through every interaction. Where Greg is miles apart from other agents is that he has the clients but waiting for stock, the other agents have stock but are looking for clients. I truly, truly wish Century 21, Greg and the Team all the success for 2026. If I had more properties I would definitely call Greg again and again
