Century 21 Midrand - UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNHELPFUL

<div>I have only had to di with one agent at Century 21 Midrand branch, Amo, and she is absolutely unprofessional and absent. I have confirmed our first viewing twice with her just for her not to answer the phone and cancel the viewing 2 minutes beforehand. The second viewing she made us wait 50 minutes because she was supposedly stuck in traffic. We then app**** to rent the place just to wait a day and a half with no response and never answering her calls. This woman has no communication skills and should probably find another occupation where she does not have to work with people. WORST AGENT EVER!!!!! If I owned Century 21 I would fire her because she gives the place a bad reputation.</div>
