Agent Nikita Moodley

I recently sold my plot in Benoni AH through Nikita Moodley. The plot took a long time to sell but Nikita stayed with it. She continued to bring clients to see the plot. We finally got the plot sold to a very difficult buyer who has been petty and relentless. The buyer has been unco-operative with allowing us on the plot to measure and to get full details of what needed to be fixed, being unavailable and just plain obnoxious, simply because I would not store her furniture before I moved and she had to pay storage. She refused to hand over municipal readings for me to close my account. This buyer even tried to report my son (who had lived with me on the plot) to his company out of spite. Nikita has continued to follow up and work backwards and forwards to get the matter resolved despite the buyer being difficult. Nikita has always acted in a totally professional unbiased way and if I sold a property again I would definitely ask Nikita to be my agent.
