Use of unregistered Tourist Guides

This is a company uses unqualified people as Tourist Guides to take tourists from all over the world around South Africa. Their drivers don't even know some of the places where they have to take tourists to, they ask directions from strangers. This is not safe for tourists because they can get ****** or kidnapped traveling with unregistered "Tourist Guides"
