Driver abandoned van blocking my disability bay

<p> </p> <p> I was struggling to get out of my parking as my car was obstructed by a van which was parked *******ly. My car was then damaged by the tow bar.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please note that the vehicle was also unattended, thus you can see in the footage that some of the other drivers tried to assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>These vans from Centurion Tours have done this on various occations, blocking medical and disability bays and absconding them while we have to struggle to get out of our vehicles.</p> <p>I have tried claiming from their insurance but they dont want to hear my case because the driver hasnt told them the TRUTH!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is pathetic! 3 months this has been going on for and i have sent them various proof of this and still nothing has been done.</p> <p> </p>
