Terrible Service

Purchased a laptop that during its 2 year warranty broke down, i contacted them frequently but to no avail they simply ignored my E-mail, after giving it to them to be sent away, they said the usual waiting time is one week. how ever it is now over one month and during this period it has come back 2 times each time with a new fault and had to be send away once again, i am absolutely appalled by the service provided to me, my pc has once again returned to me this time with its Warranty sicker missing, and now they want me to pay a courier fee for it to be sent once again, i strongly urge anyone not to purchase from them if you do not want a disappointment, i have had patience with them and now my patience is run out, the service is terrible.
