Utterly poor customer service.

Very very very disappointed. I have done 4 services for my suzuki swift with them. My service plan has nou ended and I have been trying to book a 5th service with them. I have been phoning them for the last 2 weeks about 20 times just to try and make a booking. Every single time they just tell me they will phone me back and NEVER DO!!! I have been put on hold numerous times, the line has just gone dead, i have been forwarded to different people so many times. This is just utterly poor customer service! The only reason I try to service my car here is because I get a 10 % discount for being a loyal customer. Honestly IT'S NOT WORTH IT!
