Unprofessional and Frustrating Handling of Approved Vehicle Purchase

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with how the dealership handled my vehicle approval. After being informed that my application was approved, I followed up to request an update, only to be shocked to learn that the vehicle had been sold without any prior notification. This lack of communication and disregard for a confirmed approval is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. JOE was assisting me.
