Towbar fitment

Booked a towbar fitting for my Suzuki two weeks ago and when I took the vehicle in today, they called and said they don’t have any in stock. Surely you order stock when a vehicle is booked for a fitment. They cannot assist with arranging alternate transport for me or with a driver to assist.
