Stay away. Your warrantee means nothing

After much to and fro, I'm told that repairs to the back cover of the rear seat of my Suzuki Swift are not covered by warrantee due to "external factors". These factors are using a vacuum cleaner on it! And oh yes, they found dog/cat hair in the back. It is plainly shoddy workmanship and like bad insurance companies, they just contrive any excuse to cop out. When mentioning HelloPeter and social media, they said "yes you can do all you like". They don't care!
