refuse to pay outstanding e-Tol on cars sold

After I bought a Suzuki Alto car from Centurion Select (Suzuki Centurion) in April 2015, I received an outstanding <br> e-Toll bill for a period (April 2015) the car belonged to the Dealership (Centurion Select)<br> They say they are ANTI paying e-Tol - this attitude is wrong - if your business is selling 2nd hand cars, it is your duty to see that a car sold's e-Tol is paid up to date, not to make excuses to the purchaser of the vehicle, but TO PAY all outstanding e-Tolfor the period the car was in the name of the Dealership<br> Their Chris Jackson advised me via email I may come and fetch the CASH from them to go and pay their outstanding e-Tol, even though they have my banking details<br>
