Exceptional Service - Suzuki Centurion from Alex

Dear Alex I want to thank you for the terrific, kind, professional service that we always receive from you….. both times when we bought new vehicles from Suzuki Centurion. @Chris, I would like to give a MASSIVE shout out to Alex wrt the outstanding and exceptional customer service that he provides whenever I deal with him… either via phone, face to face, WhatsApp etc.

I want to express my great satisfaction levels while dealing with Alex and your branch (Jakkie, Service Centre etc.) and I valued Alex’s, hands on fast response in particular. This guy went out of his way to ensure than my son, Nathan Fisher, received his brand new Swift yesterday, even though the payment only went through mid afternoon. He took time explaining all the features etc. and treated my son with the same respect that I always receive.

Alex is an GREAT asset to Suzuki and you can be very proud of him, his dedication and his commitment. It’s is because of people like Alex that I will definitely be dealing with the Suzuki Centurion branch again e.g. car services, trade-ins, new vehicles etc., I will recommend your branch ALWAYS!!!
