Dissatisfied and disappointed by Service

Several concerns have arisen during my interaction with this dealer, particularly regarding the condition of my vehicle and the conduct of the dealership staff. I had reason to suspect that the tyres of my vehicle may have been tampered with or replaced without proper authorization or explanation. When I approached the dealership to raise this concern and requested supporting information, I was met with silence and refusal to provide substantive evidence.

Rather than addressing my concerns transparently, the dealership's Director has now chosen to threaten me with legal action for what they allege to be “defamatory statements.” I believe this response is both inappropriate and an attempt to silence a legitimate customer's concern rather than resolve it!!

As a paying customer, I expect accountability, professionalism, and open communication, none of which I have received in this situation. I strongly urge others to be cautious and to thoroughly document any and all dealings with this dealership.

I remain open to a fair and transparent resolution, but I will not be intimidated into silence when raising valid questions about the integrity of a service I paid for. Their management have displayed a persistent lack of transparency and accountability. This conduct not only impedes resolution but also falls significantly short of the standards of professionalism expected from a representative of Suzuki.
