Cennturion select parts department

So lets start at the beginning. I have a GWM Steed 5 bakkie which needed all of the parts required for a full overhaul as the engine seized on 96 000 km. I first ordered a full head gasket set on 23 December 2016 which was received 2 January 2017. Some of the parts was missing from this set and took until 10 March 2017 to be sorted out.

A second batch of parts which included everything needed for the overhaul of the engine, were then ordered on the 2nd of January 2017 and was received about 3 weeks afterwards. Some of the parts were missing from this batch and some parts were ordered as a set of 4, in other words enough of one type of part for 4 engines e.g. 4 ring sets. At first the branch didn't want to refund me for the parts they wrongfully sent me but after long discussions with the manager they did. This took place from mid January 2017 to 10 March 2017.

After the third batch of parts were order in mid January 2017 after realizing that some parts were missing from the second batch, it was received on 10 March 2017. Again some of the parts were wrongfully ordered (main bearings were sent instead of beakon bearings). They don't want to refund me for the main bearings and have taken it as a loss on my acount.

I have totally had it with the incompetence of the parts department at Centurion select as they "check" to see if everything is there before they send it to me. I decided to go to another GWM dealership and in 15 minutes i had all of the parts i needed.

Hopefully this review of their bad service will help improve the company so nobody else have to go through this and serve as a warning for those who want to do any business with them.
