Bad service

Worst customer service. Took my Haval H2 in to have the RELEASE BEARING checked, that afternoon my " service" adviser phones me to tell me that the technician that worked on my car could not find anything wrong with my WHEEL BEARINGS. I explained once again that it is the RELEASE BEARING on the gearbox as stated on the jobcard. Needless to say after just over three weeks of my car being with them just to have a bearing changed i got the car back. But, the NEW RELEASE BEARING is also now making a noise and when i tried to drive my car the next morning, the battery was flat. Centurion Select is lacking in sufficient expertise and customer feedback from the service advisers. For the entire time that my car was at Centurion Select we were not even offered a courtesy car either. I will reluctantly be contacting them again on Monday to have this bearing noise sorted out. The people from Centurion Select can take a lesson about great customer service and feedback from Keagan and his crew at Shelley Beach Haval.
