Don't deal with these guys

I called them enquiring about repairing my faulty Frigidaire washing machine. They promised to be there at 4pm on Friday 15 December 2017. I then confirmed this via sms. At 4:30pm on Friday 15 December, I sms'd them to enquire whether they were still coming through - no reply. I then called and was told that they will come through on Saturday 16 December - no apology whatsoever. When I mentioned that we had an agreement for the Friday he put the phone down on me.

Do you want to deal with a company like this? Rather use a professional organization; if things start like this then you can imagine what the repairs would be like, and lets not even go to when they have to honor their warranty.
