What a pathetic service I have received

For the first time in my entire rental experience, Centurion real estate are the worst and will never recommend anyone to lease from them. Their adverts are not the true reflection of what you will see when viewing which is false advertising. Secondly they don't clean the apartments. They will promise you heaven and earth when applying or viewing but there after honour nothing. They are only interested in making money and don't care about the tenants. The manner in which I found the apartment in was disgusting and had to wait for the apartment to be painted while I have already moved in. I've asked them nicely regarding my stuff if it won't be damaged or spilled with paint. Now I sitting with a damaged mattress and mattress protector and a bed sheet full of paint. They are not willing to compensate me for any of these... Their service is extremely pathetic and I can't wait for this lease to expire so I can move. I was planning to buy from them next year but not anymore
