Unprofessional organization

I made a big mistake allowing these people to manage rental of my property, the agent was so friendly to the tenant from the start and shutting me out even when doing inspection, thought they knew each other from somewhere. Next thing I was getting payments late to a point of no rental money at all, i kept following up and given empty promises, only after to months of no rental money this agent went to the property and found that her tenant moved out long time ago an was now subletting to some strangers who said they have been paying rental to the tenant and it was even move than what the contract was. I had to push on ģetting my money till today nothing they just transfered the deposit and I had to do my own inspection and fix things with part of it. All they tell me is that it's difficult for them to trace a foreigner, yet they should have known better before but I guess for them the had nothing to loose. I am the one who is owed money by their tenant plus she said she could not get access to let other interested tenants to view for a month then next thing she wanted me to praise he for that they moved out when they wanted to do so, which was already beginning of the month. No legal action nothing is done by this agent. Instead she was telling me how dirty and according to her things needed to be upgraded as nobody will want this apartment. I'm very disappointed and will never use or recommend them to anyone
