unimaginable bad service!

My fiance and I were interested in buying a townhouse in Die Hoewes we viewed on private property. My fiance tried to call Johan numerous times he never answers only later sends an sms as a reply. Johan arranged a viewing time for the townhouse via sms which he never pitched for later sent my fiance an sms stating no viewing time was set. So the following day my fiance went to centurion real estate offices in Eco park and complained about poor customer service from Johan to the office manager. later that day my fiance set up another time for viewing the same townhouse we were interested in with johan via sms. Johan arraived 15min late barely greeted my fiance and totally ignored me. When arriving at the townhouse it was clear that the pictures on the advert were not the house we were shown on arrival. Unit shown was a stack unit where on the advert it was a beautiful stand alone unit. Johan proceeded to tell us he had no idea what house was on the advert. He then said if we don't want to view the place it's fine and turned around and walked Inside to take pictures of the unit leaving us to find our own way out the complex gate. We have not heard from him since!horrible experience
