The most pathetic customer service!

Imagine if I wanted to buy a house and all my finance & transfer fees were ready how an estate agent would treat me. I would probably get to view the house almost immediately so this useless idiot called Johan can earn his commission. To my surprise, this was not the case at all! 3 weeks later and I have still not been able to view the ***ing house! They drag you along as they have other buyers and when their buyer backs out they start at square one. One idiot leads another: Mariaan person who's equally useless and refuses to talk over the phone, only text messages. Please just close your place down and pursue a career you might actually be good at.
